Andrew Hedley (Managing Director) has worked in the local property market since 1974. His experience includes day to day management of commercial property portfolios including rent review and lease renewal matters. Andrew primarily deals with the firm's commercial agency matters in the retail, office, industrial and development sectors whether in 'on' or 'off' market situations. He also handles rent review and lease renewal work for specific clients including the firm's instructions from Local Authorities. If considering selling or letting a commercial property or development site Andrew will be happy to hold an informal discussion.
